By accessing or using CryptoXTS — the admin panel, the API, or any checkout page it powers — you agree to these terms. If you're using CryptoXTS on behalf of a business, you're confirming you have the authority to bind that business to this agreement.
CryptoXTS is invite-only. Accounts are created after a manual access request review, not open self-signup, and we may decline or revoke access at our discretion — most often for suspected fraud, sanctioned jurisdictions, or misuse. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement to hold an account.
CryptoXTS provides checkout pages, invoicing, and wallet infrastructure so merchants can accept BTC, LTC, USDT (TRC20 / ERC20 / BEP20), ETH and BNB, along with an API, webhooks for real-time payment notifications, and tools to manage withdrawals, trusted wallets, and connected domains. We may add, change, or remove features over time, including which coins and networks are supported.
A deposit commission applies to incoming payments (5% by default, configurable per merchant) and a withdrawal fee applies when you move funds out (2% by default; the account owner's own withdrawals are fee-free). Separately, the underlying blockchain network charges its own transaction fee — that fee is paid to the network, not to CryptoXTS, and varies with network congestion. Current rates for your account are always visible under Settings.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials and two-factor authentication device secure. Withdrawals require 2FA plus an emailed verification code — we strongly recommend never disabling this. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support immediately; we're not liable for losses that result from credentials you failed to secure, including sharing them with a third party.
Checkout is non-custodial: payments settle directly, on-chain, to wallets you control. That also means blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed — there is no chargeback mechanism, and CryptoXTS cannot reverse, cancel, or recover a transaction that has already confirmed. You acknowledge that cryptocurrency prices are volatile, that network fees fluctuate outside our control, and that sending the wrong coin or the wrong network to a generated address can result in permanent loss of funds.
Invoices expire a set time after creation (60 minutes by default) if unpaid. A small underpayment — within roughly $2 of the invoice total — is tolerated automatically and the invoice is marked paid; a larger shortfall leaves the invoice in a partially-paid state until the difference is covered. Overpayments are not refunded automatically. Payments received after an invoice has expired are still tracked for a grace period (48 hours by default) and matched where possible, but aren't guaranteed to be.
You may not use CryptoXTS for: illegal goods or services; money laundering or terrorist financing; transactions involving sanctioned individuals, entities, or jurisdictions; fraud, including attempting to manipulate confirmation counts, invoice amounts, or the underpayment tolerance; or any activity that violates applicable law. We may report suspected illegal activity to relevant authorities.
We may suspend or terminate access for violating these terms, suspected fraud, or at our discretion with notice where practical. You can deactivate your own account at any time from your Profile page; deactivation is reversible by an administrator on request, it isn't a permanent deletion.
CryptoXTS is provided "as is." We work to keep the platform available — our system status page reports current uptime — but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and we're not liable for blockchain network congestion, third-party wallet or exchange issues, or losses caused by market volatility. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of CryptoXTS is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify CryptoXTS against claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the service in violation of these terms, or from goods and services you sold through a CryptoXTS-powered checkout.

We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above, and where reasonable, notified to account holders directly.
